About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and demand generation efforts for our clerk-focused software solutions, JustFOIA and JustMeetings. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who excels at translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions while driving measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing solution messaging, creating sales enablement content, planning campaigns, and analyzing performance. You'll own both what we say to buyers and how we reach them, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain solution-level messaging, value propositions, key benefits, and competitive differentiation for JustFOIA and JustMeetings
- Translate product capabilities into compelling, outcome-based messaging tailored to government and public sector audiences
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets including one-pagers, battle cards, talk tracks, and objection-handling resources
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, content, conferences, and digital channels
- Build and optimize nurture, lifecycle, and cross-sell programs for customers and prospects
- Develop content plans supporting lead generation initiatives, including blogs, guides, case studies, and campaign assets
- Conduct customer interviews and create compelling customer success stories and case studies
- Produce and facilitate lead-generating webinars, including presentation development and live delivery
- Write promotional emails and campaign content supporting sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market changes to ensure messaging remains relevant and impactful
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and business priorities
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics including leads, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, and content based on performance data and market insights
What you'll need to be successful
- 5-8 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience developing value propositions, buyer personas, and go-to-market messaging strategies
- Proven success planning and executing paid and organic demand generation programs
- Experience managing campaign budgets and measuring performance against pipeline and revenue objectives
- Strong content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and partnering closely with sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Experience marketing complex software solutions to government, public sector, or regulated-industry audiences
Preferred qualifications
- Experience marketing to municipal clerks, records management professionals, or public records organizations
- Experience developing and executing webinar-based lead generation programs
- Knowledge of government purchasing processes and public sector technology markets
- Experience building nurture and lifecycle marketing programs within CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
