Role Summary:

The Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and maintain technology systems and solutions that enable TA Realty’s business and technology operations to address specific organizational goals by analyzing complex problems, identifying use cases, and developing integrated solutions spanning hardware, software, networks, cloud services, and AI‑enabled capabilities.


Essential Job Functions:

  • System Design: Creating architecture and designs for technology systems to support business and IT needs to ensure compatibility and scalability.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying inefficiencies or challenges within existing systems and workflows, and propose extensible, reliable, and scalable solutions.
  • Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of cloud-based systems, applications and integrations ensuring proper functionality and alignment with other technologies and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the technology team on technology‑led business initiatives, including application enhancements and new solution deployments.
  • Support and Maintenance: Triage and resolve technical and end user issues by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security and reliability over time. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
  • Microsoft-based Solutions: Design, deploy and support solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot capabilities. Support integrations with third‑party systems.
  • AI‑Enabled Solutions: Support the evaluation, configuration, and use of AI‑enabled features within business applications and IT workflows, including Microsoft Copilot and solutions built on foundation models. Assist with integrating AI capabilities into existing systems while considering usability, security, and operational impact.
  • Optimization: Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Implement best practices for compliance, cost optimization, and security in cloud-based environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for solutions and processes. 


Education Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT engineering, cloud engineering, or solutions‑oriented roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
  • Experience supporting both infrastructure and business applications in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
  • Certifications in one or more Agile frameworks or methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management or work‑tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, or Notion.


Experience with:

  • Azure: Cloud infrastructure including self‑hosted and managed services, identity, storage, integrations, and platform services.
  • Microsoft 365: Administration and support including Autopilot, Entra ID, Intune, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Google Cloud (preferred but not required): Familiarity with analytics or data services such as BigQuery or related tools.
  • AI‑enabled platforms and tools: Exposure to using large language models or foundation‑model‑based services (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar) within business applications or IT workflows.
  • Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript).
  • Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
