About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our go-to-market teams and prospects, ensuring Sully.aiโs technology is positioned for seamless integration at scale. This role will own identifying technical requirements, mapping system architectures, and ensuring successful connectivity across complex environments. By bridging customer needs with technical capabilities, the Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in scaling deployments and accelerating deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to identify technical requirements during the pre-sales process.
Design and communicate scalable system architectures for customer deployments.
Translate business objectives into technical integration strategies.
Build trust with prospects by answering technical questions and demonstrating solution feasibility.
Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
Hard Requirements
5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
Strong technical expertise across APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Proven ability to support enterprise sales cycles and accelerate deal closures.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operates independently and thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with healthcare integrations (EHR, FHIR, HL7).
Background in SaaS, middleware, or large-scale enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.
First-Month Focus
Shadow sales calls to understand buyer needs and technical objections.
Map technical requirements for active deals in the pipeline.
Establish repeatable frameworks for scoping integration requirements.
Success OKRs (90 Days)
Accelerate closure of 5+ enterprise deals by providing technical validation.
Deliver scalable architecture recommendations for 100% of enterprise opportunities.
Build a repeatable technical playbook for sales engineering engagements.
