Serve as the technical lead for upsell and expansion opportunities by scoping complex, non-standard requests for commercial viability, while maintaining the cross-functional agility to provide consistent, reliable operational support for day-to-day business needs. - Automation & Process Improvement:
Build scripts, smart dashboards, or leverage workflow automation (e.g., for log parsing, alerting, or QA) to accelerate troubleshooting and reduce repetitive tasks. - Client Enablement:
Lead technical enablement for partners—training both technical and non-technical users on how to use IAS’s AI features for campaign optimization and analytics. - Escalation & Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as the technical escalation point for unique or high-complexity issues, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to resolve and learn from edge cases. - Revenue Alignment:
Align technical integration strategies with business objectives to maximize revenue impact and support long-term growth.
- Feedback Loop:
Gather client and partner feedback on AI-driven features, surface recurring issues or requests, and advocate for improvements that enhance automation and efficiency.
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, or Platform Support (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred).
- Experience managing, troubleshooting integrations, working at, or with major social media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snap, X) and an understanding of their specific ecosystems and ad-serving constraints.
- Proven experience with APIs, web integrations, and automation/scripting (Python, JS, etc.); strong understanding of AI/ML principles and applications in ad tech.
- Hands-on with analytics stacks (e.g., BigQuery, Tableau, custom BI) and log/data investigation.
- Strong communicator—comfortable translating technical concepts for various audiences.
