HeroDevs is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, who has experience being a full stack developer. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at HeroDevs, you will work in a dedicated team environment to drive business development and sales growth by providing technical expertise around end of life open source software and security. In this role you can expect to be the technical lead on strategic client engagements and relationships in large Financial Services, Healthcare, Web, Retail, Education and other industry verticals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain conceptual proficiency in open source frameworks supported by HeroDevs
- Technical engineering and demo to clients how product works and answer technical questions
- Represent HeroDevs in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meet-ups and industry events
- Interface between customers and product engineering, marketing, partners and customer success teams supporting the adoption of HeroDevs products but also helping to evolve future offerings
- Fielding technical questions from customers through sales
- Technical sales documentation and FAQs
Required Qualifications
- Experience with open sources technologies, specifically front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Vue, and server frameworks like Node or Spring
- Experience being customer-focused and interfacing with customers
- Ability to work comfortably in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives and also technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment and get things done.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great problem-solving skills and a detail oriented mindset
- Represent HeroDevs in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meet-ups and industry events
