As a Solutions Engineer at Liberty Mutual in our Service Technology space, you'll be responsible for guiding the development and integration of servicing tools with our go-forward Policy Management system. Our team supports LM policyholders, internal Customer Service Representatives, external Independent Insurance Agents, and third-party partners, while working in an agile environment that has the creative energy of a start-up and the full backing and comprehensive benefits of a Fortune 100 company.
This role has a hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite) and we are considering candidates based in Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA, Plano, TX, Indianapolis, IN and Columbus, OH.

� 10+ years of related software engineering experience
� Extensive knowledge of software architecture, contemporary frameworks, and emerging technologies

� A history of practicing DevOps, CI/CD and building cloud-based applications
� A strong background in business operations and strategies, including knowledge of global business, technology trends and the financial services industry
Skills
� Ability to identify patterns and problems across teams and deliver effective solutions
� Openness and adaptability to respond to fast-moving circumstances
� A design thinking and test-driven development mindset
� Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an aptitude for working in teams
