Role Summary

We are seeking a hybrid Solution Engineering & Inbound Sales Lead to bridge customer business needs with Solvoyo’s AI-driven, end-to-end supply chain planning platform. This role combines solution engineering expertise with inbound sales leadership, owning the full buyer journey from discovery through proposal. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospective customers toward a clearly defined transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1) Discovery & Needs Assessment

- Lead inbound discovery calls to understand customer challenges, processes, and technology landscape.

- Assess planning maturity across demand, supply, inventory, fulfillment, and S&OP/IBP.

- Identify value drivers and document business and functional requirements.

2) Solution Design & Demo Engineering

- Design tailored solution narratives aligned to customer pain points.

- Configure and deliver customized demos across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment

planning.

- Translate analytics and AI capabilities into business outcomes.

3) Inbound Sales Cycle Ownership

- Own qualification, discovery, demo, value articulation, and proposal stages.

- Lead follow-ups, objection handling, and stakeholder alignment.

- Maintain pipeline updates in CRM.

4) Proposal & Value Case Development

- Develop proposals, scopes, and pricing structures.

- Build ROI and business value cases.

- Support RFP/RFI responses.

5) Sales Process Optimization

- Refine discovery frameworks and demo playbooks.

- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

6) Market Intelligence & Continuous Demo/Product Enhancement

- Stay current on industry trends and AI-driven planning advancements.

- Monitor competitor capabilities and positioning.

- Translate customer feedback into demo and product enhancement recommendations.

- Partner with Product teams on feature evolution.

- Develop new demo scenarios aligned to market demand.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning solutions.

- Experience in demand, supply, inventory, or production planning.

- Background in pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting.

- Exposure to SaaS or cloud planning platforms.

- Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and processes.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with E2E planning platforms.

- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven planning.

- Industry exposure: Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Distribution.

- Inbound sales cycle management.

- Proposal and commercial packaging experience.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.

Digital & Productivity Skills

- Proficiency in using Generative AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance productivity, research, content creation, demo storytelling, and proposal development.

- Ability to leverage GenAI tools to synthesize industry trends, summarize discovery insights, and accelerate sales and solution engineering workflows.

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including building executive-ready presentations, demo storyboards, and value narratives.

- Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including data analysis, pivot tables, and creation of planning datasets for demos and business cases.

- Ability to integrate AI-assisted insights (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) into presentations, proposals, and customer engagements.
