We are seeking a Solution Engineer - Analytics for our First Quality Enterprises, LLC working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
The Enterprise Data and Analytics team provides strategic direction, technical/functional expertise, and product management for First Quality’s Data and Analytics systems and Machine Learning applications. The Solution Engineer - Analytics, as a key member of the Enterprise Data and Analytics team, contributes to the definition, design, delivery and support of First Quality’s Analytics systems. This role will interact with all areas of First Quality to define business requirements, scope solutions, develop specifications, and support delivery of analytics solutions.
This position is the go-to contact for their assigned Analytics system specialization and, as such, serves as the ultimate support escalation point for their assigned system(s). This position will be held accountable for the training, education, and execution of Analytics systems with the goal to fully utilize their capabilities
Primary responsibilities include:
Design and development of analytics solutions using different analytics tools like Power BI, QlikSense etc.
Build high performance SQL queries to retrieve, transform and analyze data.
Build and monitor analytics application processes to ensure customer expectations are met.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand analytics requirements and design scalable and flexible data models.
Perform data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Follow DevOps practices across analytics tools.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
3 year’s experience of using Power BI or QlikSense or Tableau
3 year’s experience of using SQL/Python
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and sematic/reporting layer design.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and effectively interact with decision makers.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
3 year’s experience of using Power BI or QlikSense or Tableau
3 year’s experience of using SQL/Python

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
