ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst in the USA.
 
ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a multinational British-American professional services and management consulting company providing solutions in risk management, data and analytics, strategy consulting, investment advisory, health insurance, and retirement services.

The project focuses on modernizing the client's digital tools and building a new software platform that brings tools and data together, simplifies product development and delivery, and enables customers to manage their business portfolios and risk mitigation strategies more effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex enterprise software projects
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management
  • Experience working on solution design and translating business needs into functional requirements
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, digital products, and system integrations
  • Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and a good understanding of Azure cloud services, integrations
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and clarify business needs
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and solution requirements
  • Participate in solution design and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
  • Analyze existing digital tools, user flows, and business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Define requirements for new platform modules, reusable components, and integrations
  • Support initiatives aimed at bringing multiple tools and data sources into a unified platform
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Architecture, Development, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Maintain requirements documentation and support development teams during implementation and clarification
  • Ensure delivered solutions address customer business goals and provide measurable business value
