Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate within an innovative lab environment-balancing focused coding sessions with active participation in ideation and product design.
- Explore and experiment with emerging AI and Machine Learning technologies, including generative AI, NLP/NLU, computer vision, and trends in insuretech, fintech, and the sharing economy.
- Develop and iterate on prototypes using Python, thriving in a fast-paced R&D setting with a start-up mentality.
- Build custom algorithms, uncover data-driven insights, and share findings with the team and stakeholders.
- Continuously sharpen your skills by embracing new technologies and participating in hackathons, meetups, and other learning opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Working towards a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant field
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and organizational skills
- A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred
- Must be able to work full-time from January - June 2026
