We thrive on passion and innovation and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.

Job Summary:

As the Software Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our device firmware and software features. You will lead a team dedicated to testing and validating the functionality, operation, and flow of our diverse product lines (connected and non-connected), ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect – all while getting to brew espresso or grilling steaks

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance Team to test, validate, and report status of user interface and software control functionality on physical products at key design iterations.
  • Facilitate team to execute test plans and strategies by engaging with cross functional teams to determine key performance metrics affected by software on products. Relate software iterations as impacts to products holistically.

  • Report team’s major findings to leadership as it pertains to the overall consumer satisfaction. Relate software findings as a story to the impact to the consumer. Consolidate findings to determine if software is truly the impact to the product.
  • Enhance issue tracking and reporting by using up-to-date tools such as Jira. Facilitate in making sure tracking tools are not hindering progressing the testing objectives.
