What you will do
A skilled Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of scalable software solutions. This role involves translating requirements into technical designs, developing efficient algorithms, ensuring seamless system integration, and applying best practices in software engineering. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams and lead regional initiatives to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
- Requirements Analysis – Analyze and understand software requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design solutions.
- Software Architecture Design – Collaborate with architects to design software systems, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Algorithm Development – Develop and optimize algorithms to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
- Software Scalability – Design software with scalability in mind, ensuring they can handle increasing loads and growing user bases.
- System Integration – Integrate software systems with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Performance Optimization - Optimize software performance through code profiling, performance testing, and algorithm optimization.
- Software Engineering Best Practices – Ensure software engineering best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality software development.
- Cross-team Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Regional Project / Initiative Management – Lead and implement regional projects, collaborating with cross-skilled teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational goals and standards.
You will be a great fit if you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full lifecycle development and system integration.
- Expertise in software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and algorithms.
- Strong hands-on experience with databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead regional initiatives.
- Plus: Experience with Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and programming in Java, Python, C++, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, etc.
Note : This role is 2 years Fixed Term
