What you'll do
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, founders, and cross-functional teammates to build systems that create real value for workers and businesses
  • Contribute to our platform, infrastructure, and cultural foundations as we continue to grow
  • Help improve reliability, performance, and scalability across our backend services
  • Participate in a product-minded engineering team that values thoughtful design and continuous learning

  • Strong fundamentals in Python and backend development
  • Ability to take initiative and see projects through with support from the team
  • A collaborative mindset and curiosity to understand the needs of our users
  • Interest in growing your skills and staying current with modern development practices
  • Clear, thoughtful communication - both written and verbal
