This team s upport s and develop s Loyalty, Marketing and Advertising Technology for all US Brands and Digital partners. Enabling a modern, modular loyalty system with near real-time offer delivery providing savings to store and on-line customers. Supporting real-time customer behavior analytics enables targeted offers, coupons and communications, driving sales revenue and monetization of brand media. The S pring C o-op will join the team in building the foundations of our next generation loyalty platform. This platform will be built in our Azure cloud utilizing a variety of modern tools, including Databricks and Java Spring Boot microservices.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30

Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in S oftware D evelopment or related field.
- Knowledge of modern web development languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of relational and/or document database platforms.
- Experience with a cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is a plus.
- Experience working within a team setting with effective communication skills.
- Motivated learner, interested in exploring new technologies
