We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Team to help drive day-to-day technical execution across engineering teams, ensuring progress against design milestones, system readiness, and delivery timelines.
In this position, you will report to the Director, Enterprise Technology Operations. This is a hybrid position based in our Dallas, TX office.
As a Software Delivery Manager, you will:
Translate high-level business needs into technically feasible and prioritized requirements. Ensure every initiative has clear technical definitions and delivery criteria.
Technical Design & Solution Alignment: Partner with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and align roadmaps with execution plans. Drive consistent decision-making by clarifying trade-offs and validating technical feasibility throughout the program lifecycle.
Drive clarity and accountability across multiple teams to deliver business outcomes—not just features.
Create high-quality technical specifications and process flows for engineers and cross-functional partners.
Identify blockers, manage risks, and proactively clear paths to execution without waiting for direction.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive adoption of best practices in iterative delivery.
Keep internal stakeholders aligned through direct, transparent, and timely communication.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, APIs, and integration specs to ensure long-term maintainability and clarity.
We get excited about candidates, like you, because…
You have 10+ years of experience managing complex, technical programs in content/media, digital platforms, or SaaS.
You have a strong technical foundation—you're comfortable in conversations about APIs, content pipelines, CDNs, and cloud architecture.
You've proven your ability to capture business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
You have a bias toward action—you don't wait to be told what to do; you go figure it out and rally others around the solution.
You've successfully managed large cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and operations.
You communicate with clarity and confidence, navigating between executive updates and engineering stand-ups with ease.
You're fluent with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Smartsheet, or similar.
You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with content lifecycle, streaming platforms, or global content distribution.
Familiarity with Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
Experience in entertainment, anime, or fan-focused media.
