We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and organized Social Media Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level. In this role, you’ll own and evolve our voice across every major platform by bringing our brand to life through eye-catching visuals, engaging storytelling, and data-informed strategy. From growing a loyal audience to launching high-impact campaigns, you’ll be a key driver of engagement, brand growth, and business success.

This is an onsite role based out of Locus Park, our Wilmington, MA headquarters. Candidates must be local; relocation is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, campaigns, and target audience behavior.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and third-party tools.
  • Manage daily posting and content scheduling across YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
  • Create compelling, platform-specific multimedia content (videos, graphics, motion graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom) and Canva.
  • Optimize posts and content strategy using SEO best practices to improve organic reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Foster and maintain positive, responsive relationships with followers and customers through DMs, comments, and real-time engagement.
  • Lead and manage influencer outreach and partnerships where appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience driving social media strategy and execution for B2B organizations.
  • 2-5 years of experience using analytics, KPIs, and data interpretation to optimize performance.
  • Experience managing or working with paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to social media.
  • Strong command of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing video and visual content.
  • Ability to travel 10% within the US for trade shows and events.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
