The Advantice Health Social + Community Team (aka the VIBE) is looking for a social-first, highly creative Social Content Lead to help bring our brands to life across organic and paid social.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from “we should make this” to “it’s live!”

You’ll help own our day-to-day social content engine across Amlactin, Kerasal, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, and New-Skin, managing organic content calendars while concepting, shooting, designing, and editing platform-native content.

You’ll also work closely with our creator, community, brand, and paid media teams to turn influencer content and cultural opportunities into high-performing social creative.

In this role, you’ll:

📅 Own organic social content calendars across our portfolio, helping translate brand priorities, launches, cultural moments, and platform trends into always-on content plans

🎥 Concept, shoot, and edit social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging formats

🎨 Create static and carousel content that feels native to social while staying true to each brand’s distinct look, feel, and voice

✂️ Transform influencer + creator content into paid social assets, including cutdowns, hooks, variations, and platform-specific adaptations

📣 Develop net-new paid social creative in partnership with our paid media agency when creator content isn’t the right answer

⚡ Move quickly on trends and cultural opportunities, helping our brands participate in conversations in a way that feels relevant, natural, and brand-right

🤝 Partner closely across VIBE, Brand, Regulatory, and agency teams to move content from idea through review and live execution

📊 Use organic + paid performance learnings to continually improve creative, formats, hooks, and content strategy

🗂️ Help own day-to-day content organization and asset management in Air, ensuring finished assets are easy to find, reuse, and adapt across teams

🤖 Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools to make content development, versioning, and workflows faster and smarter

Qualifications:

🎯 3-5 years of experience in social media, social content, creative production, digital marketing, or a related role; beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPG experience is a plus

🎯 Proven ability to create social-native content from concept through execution, with a portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and static creative

🎯 Comfortable shooting and editing video independently, including mobile-first content; experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

🎯 Strong design instincts and ability to create polished, on-brand static and carousel creative

🎯 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and evolving social formats, with a willingness to stay close to platform and cultural trends

🎯 Able to balance creativity with organization and very comfortable managing multiple brands, calendars, priorities, and deadlines at once

🎯 Strong collaborator who can take feedback from key stakeholders without losing sight of the creative idea

🎯 Curious and proactive about AI, emerging platforms, trends, and new ways of making great content
