We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented SMB (Small & Medium Business) Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on acquiring and growing accounts within the SMB segment, helping business owners and operators access solutions that drive their success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small and medium-sized companies.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to SMB customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
- Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline forecasts in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and SMB market challenges.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SMB segment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing quota.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with high outbound activity (calls, emails, demos).
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
