- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of cloud modernization, data, AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities.
- Work closely with AWS Account Executives, Partner Sales teams, Solution Architects, and other AWS stakeholders to position Emumba's AWS and AI transformation offerings.
- Support AWS Marketplace and partner-led GTM motions for Emumba's AI and cloud offerings.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and customer-engagement information.
- Establish repeatable territory sales motions that can scale as Emumba expands its U.S. SMB business.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue objectives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience selling AWS cloud, data, AI, or professional services.

Within the first 6–12 months, the SMB Sales Manager will have established strong relationships across the assigned territory, developed productive AWS co-sell relationships, created a healthy and repeatable sales pipeline, converted initial customer engagements into implementation opportunities, and contributed measurable new revenue to Emumba's growing U.S. SMB business.
Working & Travel Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work U.S. business hours, including late-evening hours when operating from other time zones, to support customers, AWS teams, and partner engagements.
