We’re looking for a Small Market, Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll connect with hundreds of businesses every day, uncover their needs, and introduce them to Foley’s innovative products and services. If you’re a hunter with grit, coachability, and the drive to exceed goals, this is the role for you. 

What you’ll do:  
  • Drive daily outbound outreach across phone, email, and SMS to engage potential customers and build pipeline. 
  • Own the full sales process — from prospecting through close — while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. 
  • Build relationships with business decision-makers, engaging them with clarity and confidence. 
  • Stay current on Foley’s products and industry regulations to effectively address customer pain points. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales targets. 
  • Make 200+ outbound B2B calls daily connect with potential customers. 
  • Identify regulatory and compliance needs of small businesses and introduce Foley’s SaaS solutions. 
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach, tailoring solutions to each customer’s unique requirements. 
Who you are:  
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting. 
  • 0-1+ years in a full-cycle sales experience in a small deal size / fast sales cycle environment. 
  • Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone and energized by activity-based selling. 
  • Experience with modern sales tools and CRMs. 
  • Strong communicator with a hunter mentality and a passion for winning. 
  • Coachable, gritty, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and team-first attitude. 

Location: This role is based in our Boston office. We follow a hybrid model where team members are onsite three days per week.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is $50,000 annually + additional variable compensation, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
