Brooks is looking for a Manager of SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) as we accelerate our growth journey. This will be based out of our Chelmsford, MA, office.
Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain Analytics, the SIOP manager will have overall responsibility for demand management and SIOP processes for Brooks’ Systems manufacturing businesses. The SIOP manager will partner across Sales, Finance, Service, Product Management and Operations to develop and implement the optimal Sales and Operations processes, providing a twelve (12) month rolling forecast and overall production plan that meets the sales forecast and available capacity.
This position requires a deep understanding of SIOP, MRP, master scheduling and capacity planning. In addition, the SIOP Manager will work closely with local supply chain teams to develop Planning BOMs, S&OP Metrics and Inventory Plans that drive to zero part shortages, enable on time shipments, reduce customer lead time and at the same time reduce E&O risk.
What You will Do:
Design and implementation of improved SIOP business processes and toolset.
Facilitation of a consensus sales forecast.
Collaboration with BU Leaders, Operations and planners to agree to master plan and backlog recovery actions.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in either a supply chain, demand planning, financial planning or inventory planning capacity.
Advanced MS Excel skills, Tableau preferred.
Desired Skills
Experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Result driven with the ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $94,280.13 USD to $127,555.47 USDFactors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
