What You’ll Do
- Act as a functional resource across the broader Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) domain, supporting presales efforts and service scoping discussions to help secure professional services SOWs.
- Conduct customer design health assessments within the install base to identify process inefficiencies and suggest optimization opportunities across procurement and invoicing processes.
- Partner with Services Sales to scope functional services requests, translating delivery needs into clear, scalable proposals and product configurations.
- Support the transition from Sales to Services, helping ensure continuity from the presales scoping phase into project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to share customer feedback, participate in design reviews, and advocate for useful product enhancements.
- Assist in authoring and updating standardized services offerings aligned to current product capabilities.
- Support the scoping and design of early services for emerging product capabilities, working alongside product teams and early adopters.
- Maintain and contribute to proposal templates, knowledge repositories, and scoping tools to help scale presales activities across the team.
What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Spend Management or Procure-to-Invoice (P2P/P2I) domain consulting, with exposure to both software implementation and presales or scoping activities.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid functional understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle, with the ability to map business processes to software solutions.
- Coupa Knowledge: Coupa implementation, configuration, or design experience is highly desirable.
- Industry Background: Experience working with or for SaaS software providers on enterprise implementations or professional services delivery.
- Scoping & Proposal Skills: Experience assisting Sales or Services Sales teams in drafting, shaping, and estimating professional services SOWs or proposals.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills—capable of working collaboratively with clients, product teams, sales, and delivery teams.
- Deliverables: Experience creating or contributing to customer-facing artifacts such as proposals, SOWs, process maps, or presentation decks.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires balancing multiple scoping requests.
