We are looking for a highly motivated and talented ServiceNow PPM implementation consultant to assist in a fast paced implementation of ServiceNow PPM. The ideal candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience administering ServiceNow – specifically PPM. Below are the requirements for this role:


Experience with ServiceNow implementation of PPM
Requires strong experience with at least 1 full PPM implementation
Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules including PPM
Extensive knowledge of scripting business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
Advise functional and admin teams on design, dev and overall ServiceNow best practices
Facilitate and support the rollout of ServiceNow PPM
Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
Supports implementation and provides requested enhancements to PPM implementation during and post go live
Motivated Self-Starter - Drives requirements to closure for the tasks assigned independently
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite including ITSM, and PPM and IT Financial Management
Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members
Experience with ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) knowledge a plus
