Are you a relationship-driven sales leader with a track record of selling into large, complex enterprise accounts? Cask is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead sales efforts within our most important accounts, driving transformative ServiceNow engagements that fuel long-term growth.

We’re expanding our reach—and we need someone who can open doors, cultivate executive relationships, and close deals that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning and growing strategic accounts while identifying and pursuing new large-scale enterprise opportunities. Your focus will be on long-term growth, solution selling, and deep client engagement.
- Drive growth across key enterprise accounts, managing multi-year strategic relationships
- Lead the full sales lifecycle—from account planning and executive engagement to proposal development and deal close
- Develop tailored go-to-market strategies, leveraging Cask’s portfolio across Enterprise IT, HR, Customer Workflows, and Application Modernization
- Partner closely with consulting and delivery leaders to ensure our solutions meet the unique needs of each customer
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, industry trends, and the ServiceNow platform’s evolving capabilities
- Navigate complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and contracting processes
- Track and forecast opportunities with precision using CRM and pipeline tools
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on large, strategic accounts
- Demonstrated success selling professional services and/or platform-based solutions (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
- Strong executive presence and ability to build lasting C-level relationships
- Proven ability to navigate complex deals and influence buying decisions
- Experience creating account plans, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and developing solution-based proposals
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and other sales enablement platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Note: OTE range is $300,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
