Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Scrum and Kanban workflows, maintain Kanban boards, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, and coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, releases, and cross-functional delivery to ensure sprint commitments are met.
We are seeking a SCRUM Master with ServiceNow experience to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid Agile environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Kanban boards, drive deliverables, remove impediments, and ensure timely execution of ServiceNow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Manage Agile workflows using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Maintain and prioritize Kanban boards to track progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Drive team deliverables and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and releases across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
- Monitor Agile metrics, risks, blockers, and team velocity.
- Support hybrid Agile/Waterfall project tracking and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of SCRUM Master or Agile delivery experience.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience using Agile management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred.
