About Creative.

At Huge, Creative brings together designers, writers, and technologists to create meaningful digital experiences. We combine creativity, design, technology, and a deep understanding of people to transform complex challenges into intuitive, engaging, and impactful experiences.

Our teams value collaboration, experimentation, and bold creative thinking to deliver work that connects with people and drives meaningful outcomes.

The role.

We’re looking for a Senior Writer to join the Huge team supporting one of the world’s most prestigious technology brands—a brand transforming how people pay, spend, and manage their money.

This is a role for a writer who knows how to make complex information feel simple—and educational content feel compelling. You’ll focus on educational and lifecycle marketing for digital payments and financial services, turning detailed briefs, technical information, and product features into clear, intuitive consumer communications.

Most importantly, we’re looking for a thoughtful, hands-on writer who can move quickly without the craft suffering as a casualty of speed.

What you’ll be doing.
  • Craft and lead copy strategy across a wide range of digital touchpoints, turning complex briefs into clear, compelling, and high-converting narratives.
  • Write and refine high-impact copy, including web experiences, campaign messaging, video scripts, digital ads, and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with all discipline team members—collaborating daily with Design, Strategy, Art Direction, and Motion teams to build cohesive creative solutions.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across multiple workstreams, ensuring all content aligns with client guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Present creative concepts to clients, acting as a key voice in client-facing presentations and building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Adapt tone and storytelling for localized/global campaigns, ensuring message clarity across different markets and audiences.
  • Assess feedback, manage revisions, and ensure quality control across all written assets prior to final launch.
What we like to see.
  • 7+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in technology, fintech, digital payments, or another complex product category.
  • Experience creating lifecycle communications, onboarding journeys, or educational marketing campaigns.
  • The ability to quickly understand complex products and translate them into clear, concise, and compelling consumer benefits.
  • A strong command of voice and tone—and the discipline to write within exacting brand guidelines without losing the humanity of the message.
  • Experience using research, audience insights, and performance data to inform messaging strategies and extend campaigns.
  • The confidence to present creative work directly to clients and clearly articulate the thinking behind it.
  • Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with an almost unreasonable attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work closely with designers, strategists, project managers, and fellow writers.
  • The initiative to work independently, solve problems, and keep the work moving.
  • Strong organizational instincts and the ability to shift between multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and timelines without losing the thread.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii, USA.
