Job Description:

Our Senior Website & Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in building and optimizing the digital infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. This role blends technical expertise, operational discipline, and digital marketing best practices to manage our web properties, improve conversion performance, integrate our data stack, and enable both sales and marketing success. You’ll ensure our digital systems deliver measurable impact, connecting website engagement to pipeline and revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage backend development and CMS of our website and landing page infrastructure.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to implement site changes that improve UX, SEO, performance, accessibility, and load time.
  • Build and optimize lead capture paths, CTAs, and personalized site experiences based on campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure clean data flows, integrated reporting, and full-funnel tracking from site visits to closed opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing performance dashboard to surface real-time insights and guide optimization.
  • Configure and manage retargeting programs across digital platforms, integrating account-level engagement signals into sales workflows.
  • Define and execute technical SEO and search optimization strategies, including schema markup, indexing health, and conversion A/B testing.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across systems.
  • Leverage AI and automation to accelerate execution, streamline QA, and improve tagging, asset deployment, and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • 6–9+ years of experience in web development, marketing operations, and digital infrastructure within B2B marketing environments.
  • Deep understanding of CMS platforms, Martech integrations, and attribution logic.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with RevOps and SalesOps to improve pipeline measurement and funnel efficiency.
  • Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, UX optimization, and conversion best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Cloudflare) to enhance execution and QA.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into technical improvements.
  • Comfortable managing digital systems end-to-end while collaborating across Marketing, Product, IT, and Sales teams.
