As the Senior Website Growth Manager for our marketing website, you will be the primary strategic and operational lead for the “front door” to Lattice, lattice.com. You will be responsible for making our website into a high-performing SEO and conversion engine that meets our business goals while embodying Lattice’s high visual and voice brand standards.
You will work cross-functionally across internal and external teams to own the website roadmap, drive continuous optimization, and ensure timely initiative execution. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and project management excellence.
This is a high-impact position that ensures our website drives pipeline, supports campaigns, and scales our revenue engine. We’re looking for an experienced leader with strong product and project instincts, someone who can own web operations end-to-end and manage execution details while shaping the long-term vision for out digital presence.
What You Will Do- Own and manage the website roadmap to deliver timely content, features, and experiments aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive optimization strategy with a strong focus on improving conversion rates and user experience.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to test and validate hypotheses, ensuring continuous optimization of the website.
- Build scalable processes and workflows that enable rapid execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Use data to identify and prioritize enhancements to site architecture, navigation, content, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on digital trends and industry best practices to keep Lattice.com competitive and high-performing.
- Translate performance insights into recommendations that inform the roadmap and broader marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, design, engineering, and GTM to define and drive website initiatives.
- Communicate experiment results, key metrics, and impact clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in web or digital product management, ideally within growth marketing and CRO environments.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, web design best practices, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms; hands-on experience with Webflow is a strong plus for managing site updates and collaboration with our design team..
- Expertise with analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Heap, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver.
- Clear, effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, with the ability to align teams and clearly present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and measurable outcomes.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $127,000 - $158,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
