We want you to join Unity as a Sr. Web Manager, where you’ll oversee unity.com as a high-performing, user-first platform that drives both business impact and user delight. This role is all about leading a multidisciplinary web team, coordinating external design partners, and ensuring that our web presence reflects Unity’s story and strategic priorities.
In the short term, you’ll focus on supporting strengthening team operations, aligning strategy across stakeholders, and improving the speed and quality of execution. In the long term, you’ll lead Unity’s approach to web experience strategy, bringing together design, content, data, and technology to deliver a scalable, modern, and impactful digital ecosystem.
By joining the Web Ops team, you’ll directly shape how millions of users experience Unity online, while collaborating with Product Marketing, Content, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Localization, and external partners.
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategy and operations across a multidisciplinary web team, including Web Designers, Web Operations Specialists and Digital Experience Strategists.
- Manage the flow of Jira tickets, ensuring timely triage, prioritization, and assignment of requests across the web team.
- Oversee the day-to-day health, scalability, and long-term vision of unity.com.
- Act as the main coordinator with external design and web agencies, ensuring high-quality output aligned with Unity’s design system, brand, and goals.
- Translate business needs into digital strategies by balancing user-first design, content priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Review analytics, performance data, and user insights to surface opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Content, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to align roadmaps and priorities.
- Ensure CMS operations, localization workflows, and publishing processes are efficient, scalable, and globally inclusive.
- Champion experimentation, optimization, and emerging best practices to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Build frameworks, documentation, and operating models that streamline collaboration across Unity’s web ecosystem.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale websites, ideally with global reach and multi-language content.
- Strong leadership and and a driver
- Solid understanding of web design, CMS operations, and content strategy.
- Experience working with external design/web agencies and driving alignment between in-house and external teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-first mindset.
You might also have
- Experience with Sanity CMS or similar modern CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with localization, automation, and scalable publishing workflows.
- Hands-on background in digital optimization (SEO/AEO, CRO, performance benchmarking).
- A track record of implementing design systems and ensuring web brand consistency.
- Passion for web trends, emerging technologies, and digital experience innovation.
