You will define and drive the web strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to evolve our website into a dynamic growth engine. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise spanning digital strategy, analytics, UX optimization, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Web Strategy & Stakeholder Management (≈40%)
  • Develop and own the overarching web strategy that aligns with Neo4j’s marketing and business goals — encompassing web architecture, navigation, content structure, and UX best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and continuity in design, layout, and messaging across all pages and regions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging digital trends, innovative approaches, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, and Regional Marketing to align web priorities with business objectives.
  • Present strategy and results to stakeholders and leadership, using data to articulate rationale, performance, and recommendations.
  • Serve as the key liaison between digital, marketing, and product teams, balancing business needs, brand integrity, and user experience.
2. Web Analytics & Performance Optimization (≈25%)
  • Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio) to monitor site performance, engagement, and conversion across key pages and funnels.
  • Analyze user journeys, engagement patterns, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimize the site.
  • Partner with analytics and content teams to establish KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion, and report on progress through regular dashboards and presentations.
  • Evaluate page and campaign launches using quantitative (heat maps, click maps, funnel analysis) and qualitative (feedback, session recordings) insights to improve performance over time.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance UX and business impact.
3. A/B Testing & Optimization Roadmap (≈15%)
  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn agenda focused on improving traffic quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing initiatives — from hypothesis to experiment design, execution, and insights.
  • Partner with analytics and UX to prioritize tests that deliver measurable impact and contribute to a culture of continuous optimization.
  • Document learnings and socialize best practices across teams to inform broader digital and marketing efforts.
4. Project Management & Execution (≈20%)
  • Lead end-to-end management of web-related projects and initiatives — from intake and planning to execution and launch.
  • Oversee project pipelines, ensuring all stakeholders provide necessary inputs, assets, and approvals.
  • Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables, maintaining transparency through effective communication and project documentation.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, tracking progress and proactively resolving blockers.
  • Champion operational excellence within the digital team by optimizing workflows and standardizing processes.
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in web, digital marketing, or product management, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and lead cross-functional alignment for complex digital ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics and performance optimization; fluent in GA4, tag management, dashboards, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO) and SEO/SEM principles.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data and strategy into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Highly organized project manager experienced in agile workflows and tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Passionate about staying current with digital, UX, and web technology trends.
