Overview:
Wealth.com is redefining modern estate planning through clarity, creativity, and a human-first experience. We’re seeking a Senior Visual Media Producer to lead the strategy, production, and innovation of all visual media across our brand—spanning podcasts, product education, branded content, and AI-forward experimentation. This is a high-impact role for a multidisciplinary video storyteller with a sharp eye, strong creative instincts, and the operational chops to manage a lean production stack while scaling a standout visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing
- Lead end-to-end production of high-quality video content for internal and external use, including:
- Podcast episodes (recording, editing, and clipping)
- Webinars (live production and post-production; create social-ready content)
- Product feature demos and announcement animations
- Create video assets for:
- Wealth.com Academy
- Internal Knowledge Base
- Website and brand campaigns
- Sales and marketing
- Annual conference
- Collaborate across departments to turn abstract ideas into engaging, story-driven videos.
- Branding & Visual Standards
- Standardize and elevate our visual presence across all video touchpoints:
- Update and unify all thumbnails
- Create distinct intros/outros for segmented content (Academy, Knowledge Base, etc.)
- Develop animated explainers for all core features, optimized for the website
- Partner with our Creative Director and Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications on cinematic, story-led video case studies
- Ensure every output aligns with our visual identity, tone, and values.
- Own the setup and quality of employee video recording environments.
- Software & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize our visual media tech stack:
- Synthesia
- Vimeo
- YouTube
- Spotify + Megaphone
- Vidyard
- Additional editing/motion tools as needed
- Design & Motion Support
- Support broader brand and marketing initiatives with light design/motion:
- Webinar title cards and thumbnails
- Motion overlays and lower-thirds
- GIFs for sales and lifecycle emails
- AI & Innovation
- Champion the integration of AI into our media workflows.
- Experiment with new tools to increase efficiency and output quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 5–8+ years of experience producing video content in-house or at a creative agency.
- Are a hybrid creative-technical thinker who can concept, shoot, edit, and animate content.
- Know your way around multiple video styles—live-action, motion graphics, screen recordings, talking-head explainers, and more.
- Are excited to build brand systems and visual standards from the ground up.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where high standards and autonomy coexist.

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or education-based content.
