We’re looking for a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing strategy, guide brand evolution, and oversee all aspects of execution—from messaging and visual identity to collateral and campaigns.
What You’ll DoMarketing Leadership & Strategy- Define and own The Tie’s marketing strategy across all product lines, audiences, and channels
- Craft and evolve our brand narrative to reflect our growing footprint across data and financial services
- Work with the CEO and senior leadership to position The Tie in a way that resonates with our sophisticated, institutional clientele
- Lead a diverse team of marketers including graphic designers, video editors, creative directors, and content specialists
- Work closely with:
- Sales to develop tailored collateral, pitch decks, and go-to-market messaging
- Product to translate technical releases into compelling stories and use cases
- Events to align brand and strategy across key institutional gatherings
- Ensure all messaging reflects a deep understanding of our client base, including hedge funds, asset managers, OTC desks, proprietary trading firms, banks, and VCs
- Oversee the redesign of our website, from layout and design to copy and structure
- Drive execution of high-quality marketing materials including:
- Product one-pagers and brochures
- Thought leadership content
- Sales decks and case studies
- Email campaigns and announcements
- Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints—visual identity, voice, tone, and positioning
- Define and track marketing KPIs tied to brand engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement
- Manage budgets and marketing ops tools (e.g., CRM integrations, automation platforms, content management systems)
- Establish scalable systems to support current and future product lines
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role
- Deep understanding of digital asset markets and full time work experience in crypto
- A strong strategic thinker with proven experience owning brand development and GTM messaging in B2B or fintech environments
- Deep understanding of institutional financial clients, including hedge funds, banks, and asset managers
- Strong creative sensibility combined with operational rigor—able to manage both design and execution
- Experience managing and scaling a cross-functional marketing team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
- Background in capital markets and/or SaaS is strongly preferred
