The Client Executive team is made up of experienced TU professionals who operate with a strong customer-centric mindset. Each team member is fully accountable for their assigned Tier 1 customer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business reviews, leading strategic planning, managing current solution revenue, and developing new opportunity pipelines.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, consulting, complex account management  or business development within the financial services industry.
  • Strong client engagement capabilities, including prospecting, relationship-building, deal negotiation, and closing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution; business-related field preferred.
  • Builds and maintains senior-level relationships within marketing and risk functions across financial institutions.
  • Demonstrates strong financial services acumen with proven experience managing complex legal contracts and leading multiple concurrent legal initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed - about twice a month
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the credit card payments ecosystem, including experience working with issuers in the co-branded and private label card segments

Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead and coordinate client-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions.
  • Identify usage gaps and expansion opportunities to support retention and growth.
  • Establish and maintain service cadence (weekly/monthly) and formal strategy reviews (biannual/annual) in coordination with product, business development, and executive teams.
  • Build pipeline by identifying decision-makers, influencers, and sponsors.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a deep understanding of data assets and the ability to quantify and articulate their business value.
  • Manage opportunity progression through indirect leadership of business development partners.
  • Collaborate with industry executives and matrix partners to drive adoption of new products.
  • Own account planning for your focus area, prioritizing strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate client-facing and internal meetings, ensuring appropriate resource participation.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
