Senior UX Designers play essential roles in the execution of beautiful ideas, products and services. We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to support one of the most widely recognized names in connectivity and technology, a brand that is woven into the daily lives of millions of people across the country. This is a meaningful, high-visibility role where strong UX thinking, systems fluency, and thoughtful interaction design have a direct and tangible impact at enormous scale. Above all, this is a role for a designer with deep expertise in Figma design systems and a genuine command of the latest tools and ways of working, from agents and plugins to AI-driven workflows.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles across complex digital product ecosystems
  • Lead the design of large and complex systems of interactions, bringing clarity and coherence to multi-step, multi-lane experiences
  • Deep expertise in Figma design systems, with expert-level command of components, variants, auto layout, libraries, and prototyping, and fluency in the latest Figma tools, agents, and plugins
  • Develop and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes primarily utilizing Figma
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency across all stages of the UX lifecycle
  • Work with team members to develop and refine streamlined UX processes, setting new standards for quality and delivery
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to improve strategy and approach in order to better address client and user objectives
  • Define consumers, processes, and ideas from an objective point of view grounded in research and insight, and communicate that point of view with confidence and clarity to senior stakeholders on both the agency and client sides
  • Work independently and proactively, taking ownership of the quality and consistency of all documentation and deliverables
  • Lead and support designers across multiple projects, and contribute to thought leadership activities within the UX and product design discipline

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • A compelling portfolio of distinctive work showing both product and service design, with clear evidence of strong UX craft and systems thinking across complex digital platforms
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in Figma design systems is the number one priority, including fluency in the latest Figma tools, agents, and plugins
  • Strong command of AI in design workflows, with a track record of using it to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Able to develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the confidence and clarity to present and advocate for design decisions directly to clients; this is an absolute must
  • A proactive, self-directed working style, comfortable operating both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration across design, product, strategy, and engineering
  • Assists and guides other designers in their professional development, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Fosters progressive and limitless thinking

Location & Commitment

  • Hybrid, one day in the office per week, so must be in or commutable to NYC
  • Salary range: $100,000.00 – $230,000.00
