The RoleThe Sr. Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing U.S. payroll and supporting smaller international payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role operates within a highly cross-functional and collaborative Human Resources team, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll activities and continuous process improvement. This position is based in our Bedford, MA office and requires regular on-site presence.This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with integrity. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, contributing to process enhancements and helping ensure a seamless and positive payroll experience for employees.Your Impact

- Managing and distributing data from Payroll/Fax inbox.
- Preparation of Payroll Cash Reconciliations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processes for 500+ employee company with ADP WorkForceNow experience.
- Strong customer service skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools.
- Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
