Lead product vision and execution for AspenTechs capital cost estimation portfolio. Define roadmap, build business cases, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps within SAFe, coordinate R&D integration, translate complex engineering workflows into modern web experiences, conduct user and market research, and align stakeholders across Sales, UX, and engineering.

Directs global FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, business modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. Partners with executives and business leaders, maintains integrated financial projection models, oversees financial reporting processes and systems, prepares board and executive materials, mentors FP&A staff, and delivers ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, business operations modeling expertise, communication skills, and proficiency with financial planning systems.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle execution, market growth, customer adoption, pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation for Aspen HYSYS process simulation software. Manage and develop a product management team while collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, Consulting, R&D, AI, UX, customers, and strategic partners. Drive innovation, business cases, acquisitions, partnerships, and cross-functional execution across the process simulation portfolio.

Grow revenue in data center power generation and microgrid markets across North America. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, selling Emerson’s Monarch Platform, creating strategic account plans, building executive and technical relationships, delivering technical presentations, analyzing territories, negotiating commercial and technical issues, maintaining CRM records, and representing Emerson at industry events. The role requires strong operational technology sales experience and travel throughout the United States and Canada.
