Directs global FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, business modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. Partners with executives and business leaders, maintains integrated financial projection models, oversees financial reporting processes and systems, prepares board and executive materials, mentors FP&A staff, and delivers ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, business operations modeling expertise, communication skills, and proficiency with financial planning systems.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle execution, market growth, customer adoption, pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation for Aspen HYSYS process simulation software. Manage and develop a product management team while collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, Consulting, R&D, AI, UX, customers, and strategic partners. Drive innovation, business cases, acquisitions, partnerships, and cross-functional execution across the process simulation portfolio.

Leads general accounting operations, monthly and quarterly financial close, GL and compensation accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, technical accounting, audit coordination, and process improvements. Manages accounting staff and collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
