This is a remote position.

»       Handle the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

»       Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development.

»       Analyze data and make decisions on how to improve a product’s design.

»       Brainstorm design ideas that meet with business objectives and priorities.

»       Design interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences.

»       Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure designs are effectively implemented and maintain alignment with project goals.

»       Assess creative work to ensure ideas are as powerful in reality as they are in concept.

»       Lead the creation, execution, and continuous evolution of brand guidelines, inspiring creative excellence by pushing their boundaries.

»       Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining high quality

»       Ensure that all design elements are responsive, accessible, and optimized for both web and mobile applications

»       Mentor junior UI/UX designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

»       Advocate for users by testing early designs and providing user-focused implementation suggestions.



Requirements

»       BA/BS in Graphic Design, or related field.

»   5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience. Previous experience of both B2C and B2B products is a plus.

»       Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centered thinking/design.

»       Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces.

»       Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports.

»       Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, and/or Figma.

»       Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is a plus.

»       Experience with dashboards and data visualization is a big plus.

»       Solid experience with user-centric design (but know when to break the rules).

»       Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

»       Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and concepts.

»       Experience in banking for Fintech.

»      Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday.
