Serve as a catalyst for future-oriented thinking across the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.

Demonstrated ability to identify and synthesize emerging technology signals into actionable insights or opportunity assessments.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to make sense of ambiguous, fast-changing technology spaces.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience evaluating early-stage technologies, including technical maturity, ecosystem dynamics, and strategic fit.
Ability to collaborate effectively across research, strategy, and business functions, influencing without authority.
Comfort with ambiguity and a learning-oriented, hypothesis-driven approach to exploration.
Preferred Qualifications
