Job Description

We are entering our next phase of rapid growth and actively seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced, agile recruiting team. In this role, you will own the recruiting process end to end across the Engineering, Product, and Design organizations. You will be seen as a talent expert for niche roles in AI/ML engineering as well as creative/technical roles in Product Management and Design. 

This role is onsite in our SoHo office in NYC. 

Responsibilities

While your primary responsibility is recruiting the best technical talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following as well:

  1. Talent Engagement: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to the final offer.
  5. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technology and AI job market, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  7. Employer Branding: Promote Hebbia AI's culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer brand.
  8. Advocate D&I efforts: Be a cultural champion and support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace. Build robust and representative pipelines comprised of diverse talent. 

Who You Are

  1. 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally software engineers, security engineers, designers, and PMs at a fast-growing startup 
  2. Strong familiarity with the machine learning, artificial intelligence, and current market trends related to the LLM ecosystem
  3. Proven track record of attracting top talent across various levels and engineering disciplines
  4. Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle
  5. Strong operator experience, having navigated a fast paced environment with urgency and an obsessively proactive mindset
  6. Excellent communication skills and experience influencing cross functional partners 
  7. Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major recruiting initiatives
  8. Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership

Compensation

The salary range for this position is set between $140,000 and $200,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
