The company seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI software platforms. In this role, you will drive software initiatives across platform services, cloud infrastructure, and system integration. The focus is on enabling scalable, reliable, and supportable software for AI workloads. You will be responsible for managing high-impact engineering programs within a dynamic, fast-paced roadmap, aligning priorities across teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires strong technical competence, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple levels of the organization. This is a software-first TPM role. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing software initiatives. They also understand the full-stack environment, including infrastructure dependencies, system bring-up, integration readiness, and operational needs to support software across stack layers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work together with software, infrastructure, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, achievements, and schedules.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives encompassing cloud-native services, platform software, system integration, and release delivery.

  • Help connect software roadmap execution to full-stack readiness, including dependencies across infrastructure, bring-up, validation, and downstream operational support.

  • Define and implement scalable program management processes, tools, and guidelines to improve execution velocity, visibility, and predictability.

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive resolution of complex technical and programmatic issues.

  • Establish clear success metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and communicate status to senior leadership.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across engineering, product, and operations teams.

  • Develop and implement metrics for measuring program efficiency and improvement areas, collect and analyze data in support of planning and data-driven decisions.

  • Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads and streamlining processes across the software development lifecycle.

What We Need To See:

  • Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of program management experience, including proven ability managing global projects across multiple time zones.

  • Solid knowledge of software systems, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and contemporary infrastructure environments.

  • Proven experience driving complex software programs in fast-paced development environments.

  • Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, release procedures, system integration, and platform delivery.

  • Ability to understand the broader full stack and work effectively across software, infrastructure, operations, and bring-up teams.

  • Experience managing programs that involve coordination from initial architecture and development through validation, launch preparation, and operational support.

  • Proven experience creatively resolving technical issues and resource conflicts.

  • We need you to have hands-on experience with a fast-paced software development environment.

  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills as well as significant experience with large-scale Agile tools, reporting, and processes relevant to this role is required.

  • Demonstrated skill in engaging and moderating successful engagements with engineering, operations, and product teams.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications.

  • Experience with cloud-native platforms, containerized systems, Kubernetes-based environments, or platform orchestration technologies.

  • Prior experience supporting large-scale software stack bring-up, integration, or release readiness.

  • Experience working across infrastructure and platform layers to enable modular, composable software systems from bare metal through platform services.

  • Familiarity with open-source software delivery, ecosystem preparedness, and platform implementation is a plus.
