As a Senior Technical Product Manager at ReBet you’ll be responsible for working with PMs, Engineers, Designers, and QAs across the organization. You will need to build upon existing and introduce your own systems to scale the throughput and capabilities of the Product Management function driving the strategic vision and operational execution of the product roadmap.    

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Work with the entire development organization (Project Manager, Product Managers, Software Engineer, QA Engineers, and Designers) to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, dependencies, and architecture decisions.
  • Understand system constraints, APIs, and data flows to ensure realistic scoping.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to defining non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance).

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices).
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD) - JIRA.
  • Comfort with technical documentation (ERDs, sequence diagrams, API specs).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, SQL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (technical and non-technical).
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization in ambiguous environments.
  • High adaptability and resilience in fast-moving, scaling organizations.

This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
