Meet Your Team: Supply Partnerships

Big ambitions lead to big impact — and big revenue numbers. The Supply Partnerships team is an essential part of adjoe’s growth, helping leading apps unlock new revenue streams through rewarded advertising experiences that users actually engage with.

As a Senior Supply Partnerships Manager in our Boston office, you’ll be responsible for building and closing strategic brand partnerships across North America. You’ll work with some of the most exciting apps across fintech, rewards, loyalty, retail, gaming, and consumer tech, helping them integrate adjoe’s monetization solutions in a way that drives real value for their users and their business.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who is excited to hunt, build relationships, lead complex commercial conversations, and help shape the future of rewarded advertising in the U.S. market.

What You Will Do
  • Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-growth and enterprise publisher partnerships across North America, managing pipeline activity, revenue forecasting, and closing within CRM systems.

  • Commercial Strategy: Lead high-stakes commercial discussions with executive, product, and growth stakeholders, creating tailored business cases, presentations, and monetization strategies that align with partner goals.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams—including Product, Tech, Account Management, Legal, and Finance—to ensure seamless partner onboarding and set the stage for long-term success.

  • Market Insights: Synthesize competitive insights and publisher feedback to directly influence adjoe’s product roadmap and regional go-to-market strategies.

  • Brand Ambassadorship & Regional Growth: Represent adjoe at key industry conferences and executive meetings, elevating our brand presence while actively scaling our North American supply business and Boston office culture.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or tech sales, preferably within adtech, mobile apps, performance marketing, fintech, rewards, or digital media.

  • You have a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial partnerships.

  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can build trust with senior-level partners.

  • You are highly organized and comfortable managing a pipeline, forecasting revenue, and using CRM tools consistently.

  • You are confident in building sales materials and business cases using Google Slides, Sheets, and related tools.

  • You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable driving deals forward independently, from first outreach through close.

We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
