Senior Specialist, NAM Regional Product Management - Consulting GTM
The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Within the Services organization, this role supports the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization in North America. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation. This team is accountable for ensuring North America portfolio growth through thoughtful product road mapping, influencing product development, and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
This product management role will be supporting GTM within Mastercards Business and Market Insights business in the NAM region.
The Role• Support the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Loyalty Consulting & Consulting within New Payment Flows• Drive the planning, coordination, and scaling of new solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and client services to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience• Champion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that our consulting solutions are positioned effectively in the market. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies• Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post-launch performance• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities. Leverage these insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision-making
All About You• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, with a focus on adapting and localizing strategies for North America (US & Canada).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Solid understanding of the US and Canadian payments landscape, including key industry players, trends, and emerging customer needs.• Ability to think strategically and navigate ambiguity, developing clear recommendations and executable action plans.• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships across cross-functional teams.• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive presentation development.• Willingness to travel (approximately 5-10%) as required

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
