Typical Accountabilities
With guidance from RnD China Biometrics BMO Head, support innovation project management, vendor
management, process optimization, operational excellence in China Biometrics team, in the following areas:
- Biometrics related process and operation model
- External vendor management
- Staff training, learning, and development
- Events planning and communication
- Biometrics administrative activities
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Knowledge of drug development and Biometrics processes
- Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
