We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT).
You will work as part of a team building workflows and APIs to support the ongoing efforts to increase fidelity’s market share of Custom Separately Managed Accounts., which is a highly strategic initiative in our FI Wealth Management Technology area.
Our development teams are highly collaborative and encourage creativity, innovation, and excellence. Your experience, skills, and input will be critical to our shared success. We seek a highly motivated and collaborative individual who can apply their experience to contribute to the design and development of this platform alongside a team of talented and enthusiastic engineers.
The Expertise We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building enterprise applications using Java, Spring/Spring boot, REST APIs, Cloud, CI/CD
- Experience with Python, Terraform is an advantage
- Front end experience in Angular (or other TypeScript/JavaScript languages) is an advantage
- Experience with testing and test automation libraries such as Serenity, Cucumber is an advantage
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Financial Services industry experience preferred but not essential

Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) supports our business partners to excel in their respective markets. We strive to achieve this by meticulously crafting, building, and up-keeping the software, technological infrastructure and products within Fidelity’s Institutional (FI) business units. Embedded within FIT, is FI Managed Discretionary Solutions area, which is dedicated to building workflows and APIs to support the ongoing efforts to increase fidelity’s market share of Custom Separately Managed Accounts. As a vital member of this dynamic team, your role within FIT will focus on contributing to the design and development within the team.
