What You'll Do:
- Architect and develop scalable, distributed systems and frontend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions.
- Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC-coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Champion engineering excellence by advocating best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, balancing technical options and trade-offs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and help drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building customer-facing applications.
- Strong background in:
- Frontend: React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
- SQL and relational databases
- Cloud infrastructure (especially AWS: EKS, S3) and observability tools like DataDog or Dynatrace
- Experience designing system architecture and leading projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
