Why this role?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Social Media Manager with a proven growth-hacking mindset to lead, build, and scale our entire global social media program, reporting to the Director of Communications and Brand. This crucial, hands-on role will shape our brand perception and drive engagement by highlighting our AI advancements, boosting the visibility of our products and team, and strategically identifying where to invest resources to reach new customer segments in the AI space.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of core platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), oversee the content calendar, collaborate with the Brand, Product Marketing, and Communications teams, and lead experimentation on emerging platforms (like TikTok, Reddit, and Bluesky) to explore innovative, platform-native formats and ultimately position our brand as a leader and trusted voice in the AI and tech ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute the global social media strategy to support company objectives, product launches, and AI sector expansion, establishing the necessary infrastructure and reporting.
Manage daily operations and content production across core platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), including maintaining the editorial calendar and optimizing copy and multimedia for growth.
Identify and target emerging customer segments within the AI space and lead experimentation on emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reddit) to unlock new audience channels.
Promote executive visibility and disseminate key narratives (blog posts, press coverage) using growth-oriented tactics to highlight brand leadership.
Monitor critical social analytics (KPIs, sentiment) and continuously refine strategies based on data to optimize resource allocation and maximize growth.
Actively manage community engagement with followers, customers, and industry figures, fostering a responsive brand presence and identifying customer acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Brand Design, Product Marketing, Communications) to ensure consistent messaging and contribute to integrated campaign rollouts for measurable results.
What You Bring:
5-7 years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably within B2B tech or fast-paced, innovation-centric environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth and customer acquisition, including experience establishing new social media programs or significantly overhauling existing ones.
Strong proficiency with major platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube) and the ability to adapt content for each, with a keen understanding of platform-specific growth hacks.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, coupled with a keen understanding of tone, brevity, and brand voice, optimized for engagement and conversion.
A creative and curious mindset, constantly seeking new ways for our brand to appear and stand out online and attract new customers.
A solid grasp of analytics and the capability to translate data into actionable insights for optimizing resource allocation and maximizing growth.
Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration and managing diverse stakeholder inputs, with a focus on achieving growth objectives.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
A proven ability to work in a highly dynamic and evolving landscape, design and implement new operational frameworks and cross-functional processes, and rapidly scale programs from zero to maturity.
Knowledge of or passion for AI, developer tools, or emerging technologies is a significant advantage, with an understanding of how to target and engage new customers in these areas.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or basic video editing platforms.
Experience in supporting executive social media presence or ghostwriting for senior leaders, with a focus on amplifying their reach and influence
