The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Lumivero’s Salesforce ecosystem across multiple Salesforce environments. This role ensures a secure, scalable, and user- friendly platform by owning end-to-end user and access management, delivering configuration enhancements using Salesforce best practices, maintaining data quality, and supporting reliable operations through disciplined environment and release management. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business, the Senior Salesforce Administrator translates requirements into thoughtful solutions, manages key third-party integrations, and enables accurate reporting and analytics to drive adoption and business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules across multiple Salesforce Orgs
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Marketo, Netsuite, Zuora, Docusign, Linkedin, etc.)
- Execute bulk data loads and extracts (Data Loader) and create SOQL-driven datasets to enable accurate reporting
- and analysis.
- Provide support for users resolving complex issues.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Technical documentation
- Sandbox environment management
- DevOps/release management experience
- Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and Optimizer
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator preferred
- 4+ years of direct system experience
