We are looking for an experienced, motivated, tenacious and resourceful senior-level Salesforce Administrator to add to our growing team.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters or remotely in the US. 

About You:

  • You have an understanding of Salesforce administration and best practices, coupled with development experience/working towards becoming a developer.
  • You have knowledge and proficiency on new features and future enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  • You are adept at designing solutions to support short and long term goals and requirements of the account management, marketing, product, and sales teams utilizing commercial, open source and custom-developed software.
  • You are familiar with serving in a support role and can concisely and effectively communicate issues, blockers, and other technical items to team members and those you support.
  • You have a desire to learn quickly and a positive attitude towards learning and troubleshooting.
  • You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself and your time effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Actively participate in the proper configuration and utilization of the organization's CRM platform. 
  • Be a subject matter expert ready to craft and develop solutions to ever-changing business needs 
  • Create and maintain excellent documentation of processes and solutions.
  • Participate in team discussions centered on transforming business requirements into system improvements, using best practices, and identifying opportunities for additional improvements

What a Successful Candidate will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field preferred (5+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)
  • Hands-on application configuration experience with Salesforce, including:
    • Agentforce and Einstein Generative AI
    • Flow/Workflows/Process Builder/Approval Processes
    • Objects/Fields/Validation Rules
    • Data Loader
    • Lightning Components
    • Apex Triggers and Classes
    • Security
    • Lightning Optimization
    • Integration (REST API)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Be HIGHLY professional, friendly, patient, and positive!

Additional helpful skills: 

  • Experience with integration tools (Boomi, Mulesoft, etc)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Einstein, etc)
  • Experience with financial tools (Netsuite, Workday, etc)
  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Consultant and Developer) are desired

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
